For many of our accredited courses, re-assessment or retake options are available. Please contact our team to check the specific requirements for your module. We recommend checking course guidelines or terms with our staff before booking.


Our tutors are industry professionals who bring real-world experience. They support learners during the course and will assist with assessments, wrap-up discussions and help you feel confident applying the skills on-site.


We also provide customer support for booking, qualification queries and post-course certificate/card management.

Booking is quick and simple. Visit our courses page, select the course you’re interested in, choose your preferred date and location, then complete the online registration form. Once you’ve submitted your details and payment, you’ll receive a booking confirmation by email.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email with your course details, start time and venue
  • Any pre-course information or requirements
  • Directions (for in-person training)


Our admin team is also on hand to answer any questions before your course date.
